Extremely disappointing experience we left without staying Honestly, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. We accidentally booked the wrong check-in date through Agoda. We booked the 26th instead of the 25th for one night. We tried to change it through Agoda but couldn’t, so we went to the property and asked the staff if they could help us move the booking. We were immediately told that because we booked through a third party, they couldn’t help us and that if we had booked directly with them, they “wouldn’t mind” changing it. Fine. It was our mistake, so we accepted it and started looking for another hotel for that night. What really annoyed us was that while we were sitting there trying to find another place to stay, the SAME receptionist who had just told us she couldn’t help us was sitting there playing music loudly on a speaker and singing along the entire time. We’re literally trying to find another hotel because we’re stranded for the night, and this is what we’re listening to at the reception. Very unprofessional. The next day, we came back for our actual booking. We arrived around 2 PM and had to sit in the lobby for about an hour. And when I say hot, I mean HOT. There was no AC, no fan, and basically no ventilation. The lobby smelled like sweat and was incredibly uncomfortable. After waiting patiently, we finally got our room key and went upstairs. The hallway already smelled terrible. Then we entered the room and immediately saw stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom smelled absolutely horrible the kind of smell that makes you want to leave immediately. And that’s exactly what we did. We went straight back downstairs, returned the key, and checked out. We didn’t even stay in the room. Also, there is NO parking available, so if you’re bringing a car, be prepared to find parking somewhere else. For us, this place failed on the basics: cleanliness, ventilation, comfort, and customer service. We didn’t expect luxury, but we absolutely expected a clean room and a decent place to rest. Never again.

The room given was not as shown in the pictures. Bed is not comfortable, towels are old, the receptionist even charged for an extra towel and blanket even if the booking is for 2pax. Not recommended there are better accommodation worth your buck.

The place is good. It is very affordable and you get what you pay for. So if you are on your way from or back from somewhere, and wants some rest before your final destination, I recommend staying here.
