    All the comforts of home.

On arrival room was smelly and stale air, table was unclean, rubbish left under sink. Complained and cleaner came and took rubbish away but still had to clean drawers before putting clothes away. Advertised as TV and had two TVs but neither working and owner never resolved it, stopped replying to my complaints. I say we should have been compensated. Very poor.

Got a good deal with the price booking in Agoda but did not expect the room to be untidy. The carpet is not thoroughly cleaned, few used bar soaps are still there probably from the previous guests. There’s no way that the next guests should be using them. Containers for shampoo, conditioner and handsoap are all empty. Tissues were not replaced, probably got wet by previous guests and was dry when we checked in. Other tissue was halfway used. Utensils have not been cleaned except for the ones on the table, but the plates were not re-washed before checkin. Leftover frozen fries on the freezer and unclean chiller. Dirty microwave. I think the linens were washed before checkin but were also not very clean, same with the bath towels. TV remote is not working. Flimsy shelves are not safe. Needs maintenance work. Cabinet is filled with untidy linens in plastic. Good thing is we have a place to sleep.

I love how accessible the place was especially it is near to local spots. The facility was nice and actually not bad for its price. However, i was saddened when the owner forgot to give us pool pass so we didn’t have the access to the pool area.
