    Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had very dark, yellowish lighting, and some of the lights were not working, which made the room feel gloomy. The room also had a noticeable musty smell. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, while the pillows were very flat. Only two pillows were provided, which was not enough for a comfortable night's rest. Because of these issues, I decided to check out early. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the hotel refused to provide any refund, even for the one night that I did not stay. I was not asking for a refund for the nights I had already used—only for the unused night after leaving early because of the room conditions. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but I believe some consideration should be given when a guest leaves early because the accommodation is genuinely uncomfortable. Overall, the room conditions and the handling of my complaint did not meet my expectations. I hope management considers improving the lighting, bedding, pillows, and room ventilation, and takes guest concerns more seriously.
