I loove stayig here whenever I’m in the city everything is near the hotel. The rooms are clean. The guards a friendly. The receptionists can be more accomodating but they’re okay.

The room at Business Inn Bacolod was spacious, which was a positive. However, there were several issues that affected our overall stay. The linens appeared old and could use replacement. The bathroom was also not completely clean and needed better maintenance. Our assigned room was quite noisy, especially whenever people were passing by outside. The TV was old, and the remote control was not working properly. The Wi-Fi connection was also very weak and could not reach our room, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable and caused back pain during our stay. Considering the condition and amenities of the room, I don't feel that the price was worth what we received. Overall, while the room was spacious, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and internet connectivity. I would not recommend Business Inn Bacolod to my friends and family based on our experience.
