    Dear Management, My name is Dulce Garay, and I am a regular guest at your establishment. Whenever I visit Bacolod, I often book a room at your property for my family. Despite having a previous unpleasant experience when the exhaust fan in the bathroom caught fire, we continued to choose your establishment because of our familiarity with the place and our past stays. For reference, here are the details of our recent booking: Check-in: October 25, 2026 Check-out: October 26, 2026 Booking Name: James Lloyd Garay Room Number: 204 Booking Platform: Agoda Booking Confirmation Number: 1790144432 However, I am deeply disappointed with my mother experience of being accused of taking a hand towel. As a returning guest who has consistently chosen your establishment, I never expected to be treated this way. Being accused without proper verification is upsetting, embarrassing, and disrespectful. I have repeatedly trusted your establishment with our accommodation needs, especially whenever my family visits Bacolod. It is unfortunate that, despite our continued patronage, this experience has left me feeling unappreciated as a loyal guest. I understand the importance of safeguarding the property's belongings, but I believe that any concerns should be handled professionally and respectfully, with proper verification before making accusations against a guest. I hope management will look into this incident and address how the situation was handled. As a regular customer, I believe I deserve the same respect and courtesy as any other guest.
