    We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed, making it very convenient to get around.

    Restroom is not clean it smells

    Big room, shadowed to a bunker, still maintained with new things, (water electricity and so on) and basic noisy wall aircons not adjustable just to save 20% of a new unit+ loose 40% in electricity consumption. After a week of stay i have to clean bin selves, buy sponge and clean sink with shower floor selves, as well sweep the floor. Other wise you should ask the desk staff to manage people for this work. If new guest arrive, bed sheets and rest with towels are changed, clean. Rooms are mostly clean. Good choice for budget prices ! Quiet place except local aircon subwoofer disco party standard, anyway offer mostly all hotels. Maybe the owner will visit one day China, to see, and improve the 20 century system. Hot shower, mirrors, classic furniture, it is possible to find comfort there. 10 minutes walk and you all over downtown area with a lot life is surprisingly rich on evenings, compare other big city in Visayas.
