Good location. Lovely spacious apartment Good host

No washing machine AC was ok not very effective as it was super hot on our stay

Our stay here was amazing. The property is through a gated courtyard. It’s close to everything. The lake and duomo are 5 mins walk away. Both train stations are with 10 mins walk. The design and decor of the property is both elegant and inviting, featuring modern amenities while preserving a warm, rustic feel. Magda was are truly remarkable host, they she did above and beyond to ensure we were welcomed and cared for. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with large velux windows that let in natural light. We were a family of five and it accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the essentials. It has two toilets and showers which is rare in these properties. There are 5 beds in total over 3 bedrooms. 1 large double and 3 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which we didn’t use. They have an iron with an iron board, hairdryer, washing machine, blender, fridge freezer, even an umbrella you can borrow. They provided sufficient towels for duration of our stay. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and spacious. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque towns around Lake Como, yet the peaceful ambiance of Casa Liv makes it a perfect retreat for relaxation. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Lake Como!

The only negative would be air conditioning in the main sitting room or even a fan as it can get hot, but it wasn’t a problem for us as we were hardly there. Also maybe change the sofas as they are getting worn. Overall it’s a large spacious apartment beautifully and thoughtfully laid out.
