Aran is a detached cottage situated near to the town of Bala in the Snowdonia National Park. It has two bedrooms, made up of a king-size and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a log burner, Starter pack provided for 1st night for wood burner. Outside you will find plenty of off road parking, lockable storage, gravelled areas with furniture to the front and the rear and a decking area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Aran is a homely cottage in a wonderful part of the Snowdonia National Park.
Amenities: Detached, Grade II listed, converted barn. Private decking and garden areas with furniture. Woodburner; starter pack provided for wood burner. Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi. High chair, cot, and stair gates available. Bed linen and towels provided. Ample off road parking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, and restaurants 3 miles. Note: This property is very rural and the WiFi can be intermittent - 4G works fine. Note: 8 steps up to property.

The nearby market town of Bala offers a great range of shops, pubs and eateries, whilst being home to Bala Lake, the largest natural body of water in Wales renowned for its excellent watersports and boating opportunities. Alternatively take a trip to the nearby popular towns of Dolgellau, with its monthly farmer’s market, or Betws-y-Coed, famous for its cascading waterfalls and enchanting river pools. With an abundance of great walking, fishing and cycling available throughout the area and easy access to the whole of the North Wales coast with its majestic castles and lovely beaches, this fabulous location is simply not to be missed!
