Detached, Grade II listed, converted stone barn. Private garden area with furniture. Woodburner; starter pack provided for wood burner. Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi. High chair, cot, and stair gates available. Bed linen and towels provided. Ample off road parking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, and restaurants 3 miles. Note: This property is very rural and the WiFi can be intermittent - 4G works fine.

The nearby market town of Bala offers a great range of shops, pubs and eateries, whilst being home to Bala Lake, the largest natural body of water in Wales renowned for its excellent watersports and boating opportunities. Alternatively take a trip to the nearby popular towns of Dolgellau, with its monthly farmer’s market, or Betws-y-Coed, famous for its cascading waterfalls and enchanting river pools. With an abundance of great walking, fishing and cycling available throughout the area and easy access to the whole of the North Wales coast with its majestic castles and lovely beaches, this fabulous location is simply not to be missed!
