A lovely home from home in a superb location, a very easy short walk to the high street with its great choice of places to eat and browse around. Very close to a good sized Co-op too, a Spar further along, plus a Bargain Booze if that's important to you!
We had the ground floor and 1st floor apartments and used the comfortable sofabeds in both as well as the bedrooms. Beautiful presentation, good quality furnishings and crockery, glasses etc. Lovely views from the first floor.
We were short of a sheet and Donna brought one round straight away - she couldn't have been more helpful, and extremely pleasant about it too.
My 86 year old mother who is going off travelling and being away from home was in the ground floor apartment and would love to return here.
We parked on the pay and display carpark literally across the road - it was like parking outside your own house. If you have a Blue Badge it's free.
We couldn't work out how to get the hob ring on in the ground floor apartment - no real issue - just didn't have eggs for breakfast! Had alternatives with us.

It suited our needs
The bed was small. I was not happy to be charged £30 linen charge. This charge was not declared until payment was due. I am going to take this further as I am not sure it can be legally charged.

The property was well furnished, clean & fully equipped.
The bathroom electric towel rail did not work, this was noted in the guest reviews in the property over many months. It is very disappointing that it hasn’t been fixed.
