A dining table for four sits near the sliding glass doors, leading to a covered balcony where you can relax in comfortable seating and enjoy tranquil views of the garden and pool below. When it's time to wind down, the bedroom is your private retreat, complete with room-darkening shades to ensure restful sleep.

The bedroom includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle, with additional street parking available for guests. One dedicated covered parking spot.
• Please note this condo and complex does not have a BBQ Grill.
• The neighbor’s home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the exterior hallway and front entrance.
