Experience the enchantment of Bayview, Idaho, a hidden gem nestled along the shimmering waters.Start your day with a tranquil moment, savoring your morning coffee on the top deck, then unwind in the evening beside the cozy fire pit table.
Bayview exudes the charm of a small town. Conveniently located just a stone's throw away from Farragut State Park and a mere 8 miles from the excitement of Silverwood Theme Park, you'll find adventure and relaxation at every turn.
The unit itself has common area that is grassed so please enjoy sitting in the space to enjoy the view. We sit on top of a cliff so it is imperative that no one attempts to climb down the cliff or any area not grassed and considered common. There are three decks to enjoy at your leisure. There is one parking space on the road above the stairs to the unit. So, please DO NOT access the grounds beyond the grassed area. There is NO swimming from this location. The public launch or other places in Farragut are the closest to the water. I encourage you to visit the visitor center upon arrival in the area. The unit is NON SMOKING so please be respectful of that. Smokers must go to the road and please do not leave butts on the road. Only non-shedding dogs are allowed. Dogs must be with you at all times and are not to be left alone in the condo.
Farragut State Park is full of beauty and history. The US Navy has it's aquatic research center in Bayview. You may see a submarine if you're lucky. If you go to Sandpoint you can find another lovely small town offering shops and dining. Schweitzer ski resort is minutes away from downtown Sandpoint.
Having parties of any kind is not allowed since we have neighbors, rules and respect for each other. Please be mindful of noise and quiet time is between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is an extra propane tank on the lowest level in case the tank on the fire pit table runs out. We do allow dogs (NON-SHEDDING) but please keep them off the furniture. :-). Dogs are also not allowed to be left alone and must be with guests at all times. Please make sure to turn down the heat, turn off the a/c in the summer, close the front door and turn off lights when you leave.
Bayview is just 8 miles off the exit of Highway 95, close to Silverwood Theme Park. All roads are smooth and accessible. At the exit to Bayview off Highway 95 is a Super 1 grocery store that is huge and will have everything you need. Check out www - bayviewidaho . org for more information on the area.
The condo is situated on a cliff with steep terrain all the way to the water. Enjoy but be careful!
There is a RING camera at the front door only for your security.
The unit is a side by side duplex in a condominium association. All neighbors are friendly. There are stairs down to the unit and inside it is 2 story. I would not recommend it for someone who can not navigate stairs. Please note the second and third beds are hide a bed couches. These couches are not known for comfort like a bed and is best suited for children or adults of smaller stature. They both have new mattresses that make them as comfortable as possible.
