This Bayview lake home - a picture-perfect fishing retreat - floats directly in the marina of Bayview, on the west cusp of Scenic Bay in Lake Pend Orielle. Bayview proper is only a half-mile walk from your boat house for a quiet night out. Bayview is also the perfect Idaho destination for the outdoorsy types: water sports are an obvious choice, with over 200 miles of shoreline to kayak, wade, and lots of docks to send off your boat. Enjoy good fishing, a good swim, or just a good float! Bayview is also within the boundaries of Farragut State Park, with ample wildlife-viewing, hiking, and biking trails.

Dock details: Boats can be moored right outside of home, but the marina charges for this. Please pay the marina office at the end of the parking lot.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very quiet and peaceful place! The place is a bit outdated but we still enjoyed it. There is fair warning that you have to pay to dock a boat and pay parking but what isn't stated is there's no place for trailer parking, that's our only complaint.

Truly a hidden gem! We came for Silverwood and left wanting to explore so much more. 10 out of 10 recommend. We will be back.

We came for Silverwood and left with a lifetime of memories! Waking up each morning on the lake was amazing. It’s close to amenities and overall a great experience!!! We will be back and we will bring friends with us next time!!!!!!

First off, I was notified an hour before our arrival that the cleaners were not done cleaning and that we would not be able to check in until after 5:00. Very inconvenient.Second, when I reserved the houseboat it stated that it slept 6. A week before we were to be there the confirmation e mail informed me that it only slept 4. There were 5 in our party. Another inconvenience.Third, although it was clean inside, the pictures that you use for advertisement could be newer. No where in the pictures of the outside does it show boats tied up along side of the house boat. I assumed that we were at the end of the dock with no one next to or in front of us.Lastly, it was an okay place to stay seeing how we really weren't there except to sleep.
