Beautiful Lake Front Home, Upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath with large living room, dinning room and eat in kitchen! Lots of room to relax with the family and enjoy amazing lake Pend Oreille in Bayview! You’ll have access to full upper deck along with a private rock swimming pool at the bottom. If additional accommodation is needed we do have one bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and living room downstairs for an additional charge. (WE DO NOT RENT THE BOTTOM HALF SEPARATELY ONLY IF GUEST NEED MORE ROOM) Wireless Internet, washer & drying available for use. There is also a TESLA overnight charger available for use. Only 40 min from the amazing Schweitzer Ski Resort!

Amazing place with an incredible view! The interior is very well kept and it truly felt like an awesome weekend getaway. The walk down to beach/dock area can be a little slippery, but if you take it slow it’s not too bad.

It is an older property but very spacious and clean. The location is amazing! It was also very well stocked.

This was a perfect place for us and our kids to stay while we were in the area for Silverwood Theme Park. There was an amazing view of the lake and the swim hole was nice to have on such hot days as an option (although we didn’t use it because we were there for just the theme park). Communication was easy and pleasant with the owner. It was also nice that both rooms were so big so we could fit our toddlers play pin in the spare room with us and our other 3 kids shared the king in the master bedroom. Not only were there kids/baby kitchen necessities nice to have, the owner put up a baby gate for our toddler at the top of the stairs before our arrival. The only things I would change were the beautiful barn style door to the master bath being able to lock or latch in some way, our toddler liked to swing it open so privacy for ourselves and other children was nonexistent. The other bathroom was great to have as a second toilet available but the shower was too small and even though we didn’t use it, the floor in front of it was soaked. We ended up all using the one master bathroom most the time other than brushing our teeth or changing. Also, although the house was overall clean and cozy, after unpacking our food some ants showed up in the kitchen. I found windex to kill them on the spot and after making sure my children kept up on cleaning up after themselves they didn’t reappear again. Another thing is the only tv was in the master bedroom so when watching Netflix while waiting on our laundry, it kept my teenager awake, it would have been great to have my “mommy me time” doing laundry in another room, without keeping anyone else awake. Lastly, two guys walked in the house looking for someone, we didn’t know who or where we just told them we were here for the air b & b, because they didn’t know where to go they walked all along the side patio, back porch, and other doors looking for the person. I know they didn’t know any better but it freaked our kids out a bit. I’d recommend this place for a nice getaway and good for sleeping quarters if you plan to spend most the days out like we did. The view was our favorite part of the entire place!
