About this house rental
Extra rollaway beds are available if needed but space is limited. Boat slips and boat rentals are available. We can accommodate additional guests over the age of 9 for an additional $10 per night. (Additional guests under 9 are free.) Pets are an additional $50 per night. Please don't allow your pets on the beds or the furniture.

The house was really great for accommodating parents with kids. It would be nice to have had a BBQ. Also there were no dish cloths, tea towels, garbage bags but we just went to town and grabbed some. The wifi was non-existent which made it hard to check in with work and family at home. Also the water shut off a few times on the last day which made cleaning up for departure a little tricky (we left early). The neighbors were doing re-modelling of their unit which was quite loud and they went into the early hours on one night. We did receive notice that we were charged or a broken blind and a missing cushion on the deck chair...we never broke any blinds although one was damaged when we got there. I can't remember if there were actually 4 cushions on the deck chairs but we definitely didn't lose any unless perhaps the wind blew one away while we were away.

Nice float house. In a beautiful area, with lots of outdoor activities close by. Water views cant be beat. Property management company is not very good at answering messages, I suggest calling instead.

It was a really awesome experience super close to silverwood. It does need a few fixes, the tvs didn’t work, there were no screens on the windows, the 1/2 bath toilet got clogged after 1 use and the plunger didn’t work and there were a couple screws up on the deck and one of the kids cut his foot pretty bad. despite these few things, the overall experience was great!

This was an amazing experience. We enjoyed the lake, went to silverwood, and enjoyed hiking around town. We had so much fun. We will be back!!
