Enjoy easy, cozy living in this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with an airy office nook (large enough for two desks) overlooking the main level—perfect for work-from-home days or planning your next Sandpoint adventure.

Sleep soundly on a luxurious California king bed and two comfortable queen beds, unwind by the cozy fireplace, and keep an eye out for the occasional town moose wandering through the neighborhood!

The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop and counter top oven, along with cookware, dishes, microwave oven, utensils, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. All linens are provided, and Ting high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, electricity, water, sewer, and trash service are all included for a seamless stay. Additional amenities include in-home laundry, ample storage, and inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard featuring raised garden beds, a fire pit, and even a charming chicken coop. Pets are genuinely welcome, and the convenient dog door provides direct access to the fenced backyard, making this an ideal retreat for both people and their pups. Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay (not per day).



There is also a charming one-bedroom cottage located on the same property in a completely separate building. The cottage has its own private entrance, private parking, and exclusive access from the rear alley. Cottage guests do not pass through the main home's yard or living areas, and interactions between guests are typically non existent. Many guests never see one another during their stay.

The main home's backyard, fire pit, grill, and outdoor living spaces are reserved exclusively for your use and are not shared with cottage guests.

Traveling with extended family or friends? The cottage is also available to rent separately, making it a wonderful option for larger groups who would like to stay close together while still enjoying their own private accommodations. Feel free to inquire about availability if you're interested in booking both properties!

A Little Extra Peace of Mind: Your stay includes Safely Guest Protection, providing an additional layer of protection for both you and our home while you're here. It's a small daily fee added to your reservation, designed to help make your stay worry-free while helping us protect and maintain the property for all of our guests.

On the warm summer days, ceiling fans are provided throughout the property, and a portable AC unit is available to help keep you comfortable. We encourage guests to use both as needed during warmer weather.
