About this house rental
Perched on the hillside overlooking Lake Pend Oreille is a unique vacation destination like no other. Towering two levels high for a bird’s eye view of the Green Monarchs and Scotchman’s Peak, this two bedroom, two bathroom home can comfortably accommodate five guests. With so much to do in the surrounding area from mountain biking, hiking, boating to skiing, you can relax at the end of the day taking in the views from the large, second level deck or relax in the six person hot tub.
This newly constructed home is a mix of modern and nostalgic National Parks with clean, contemporary furnishings and cozy Pendleton blankets. Every detail has been well thought out from a well-stocked kitchen to board games & puzzles for every age. This home was designed after the traditional Fire Towers to take advantage of the views from every room.
The first level has a large entryway and washer/dryer tucked away in a closet. Both bedrooms are on the first level with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms face the lake with a picturesque view from each room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. The shared bathroom has a large, tiled shower with seating area.
Continue upstairs to the second level and enjoy the incredible scenery which can be enjoyed for all seasons. Curl up on the couch in the private TV room or play games at the large dining room table with flexible seating at the kitchen peninsula. Prepare meals in the spacious, high-end kitchen or barbeque outside on the gas grill. When the stars come out at night, jump into the new hot tub.
Your family will enjoy this home and the nearby historic town of Sandpoint with its breweries, winery, restaurants, and shopping. If adventure is your game, drive 25 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain Resort for skiing in the winter or mountain biking in the summer or Silverwood Theme Park & Boulder Beach Park. This home is also closely located to Garfield Bay on Lake Pend Oreille and its public marina. Bring your boat and park the trailer in our driveway. There is plenty of space for parking up to 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.

We loved staying here while skiing at Schweitzer ski resort. The hot tub was a perfect way to help those muscles after a long day of skiing, the beds were comfy, the house was clean and cozy and we loved the view of the lake and mountains. We would stay here again and will recommend to our friends as well!

Great place to get away but close enough to enjoy a night out. Property was beautiful and clean, with an adorable little welcome basket. To our surpise there were robes in the closet and a firepit to use! For some reason however, the listing said there were 4 bathrooms but we only found 2. Overall, I cant wait to come back!
