Updated, lakeside with boat slip, bright upstairs corner unit condo on Lake Pend Oreille that is walking distance to downtown Sandpoint and a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain! Enjoy the lake, pool and mountain views from the balcony. Complex offers pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and BBQ pavilions. Just steps to the deep pool for swimming and tanning, and steps to the lake and boat dock for boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Updated and decorated, the condo offers 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen), loft with a large queen size Room and Board Oxford Pop-Up Sleeper Sofa, downstairs bathroom with shower and upstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Beach towels for 6 provided.
Flat screen Roku TVs in both bedrooms and 1st loft. Stream all your favorite programs and movies by just logging in to your accounts. 2nd loft offers a private workspace.
Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Dining table for 6 (1 extra dining chair in each bedroom) and kitchen bar with 4 barstools.
New LG stackable washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.
Balcony overlooks pool and lake and has cooler for you to use. BBQ pavilions available for guest use.
Free Ting high speed Wifi.
We offer boat slip #210 right out front at no charge to our guests.

Closest boat launch is 1 mile away at City Beach. Boat trailer parking is not available on premises, so you will have to find a place to store your trailer during your stay.
IMPORTANT: Directions, info and forms required for condo association will be emailed to you before your arrival for completion. The day of your arrival, you will be sent the code for easy self check-in via door keypad once the unit is cleaned and ready for your stay. Karen from Sandpoint Home Team will be available to contact during your stay for anything you might need.
