This second story, quad level unit is steps from two pools, tennis/pickle ball courts and the lake. It's also near the railroad tracks, freeway on-ramp and a car wash that offers a 4-turbo air blower. The unit offers great separation of space with bedrooms/baths located on different floors. It's in a gated friendly community in a fantastic location.The owner was accessible and provided clear information for check in and out.A great find in Sandpoint!

Property is as described and well equipped. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and communicated well. The pool was very clean and warm and the property well maintained. This is a busy vacation spot and busy with long and short time renters that come and go. It’s very kid friendly. If you are sensitive to noise during the day this property is not for you. Night times are very quiet. We had a great stay and are looking forward to visiting again soon.

We stayed for almost a month in Sandpoint so we could ski each weekend at Schweitzer. This condo was a great home base and walkabout to restaurants in sandpoint. We worked remotely and didn’t have any issues with the internet. It is close to the train, so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the place for you but it didn’t bother us. The host was very good at communicating with us.
