One bedroom has air conditioning
The second bedroom is equipped with a fan
A living room with air conditioning and a 140x200 cm sofa bed
A 10 m² balcony, accessible from the living room and the main (air-conditioned) bedroom, with a small table for two. This outside area is designed with two distinct ambiances — perfect for dining or relaxing with a coffee in the sun.
A separate kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Cooking utensils, Washing machine) independent bathroom (a large walk-in shower), and independent toilet
The apartment is located in a quiet, residential building with a small elevator
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
