About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fiber optics) and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the first floor, this triplex apartment features a lovely living room, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Three bedrooms with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bathrooms
- Two separate WCs
The apartment is ideally located in old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Transport:
The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of Old Antibes, making it impossible to reach by car. The Q-Park parking lots at Port Vauban and La Poste are 3-5 minutes away.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:

Perfect accommodations. Excellent location. What needs to get fixed is the front door key lock. It needs an adjustment. It’s really really tricky to get it locked. Parking could have been challenging, but for our 3 night stay we scored amazing spots. Overall excellent stay.
