Le Dotec Méditerranéen - Large, charming flat in the heart of Old Antibes. Welcome to your ideal pied-à-terre for discovering Antibes and the Côte d'Azur!

Located in the charming old pedestrianised centre of Antibes, our 100 m² flat (triplex equivalent) offers comfort, style and proximity, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, lively little streets, shops, Provencal markets and typical cafés & restaurants.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Space & comfort for 6 travellers
- A beautiful, bright living room with sofa and TV,
- A fully equipped kitchen: coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Three bedrooms, including:
* two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,
* and a third independent bedroom.
- Two separate WCs

The flat is nestled in a typical alleyway in the old part of Antibes, in a peaceful setting full of charm and authenticity.
Just a few steps away, you'll find all the local shops, pretty boutiques, numerous restaurants and bars, as well as the unmissable Marché Provençal and the Picasso Museum.

On the seafront, La Gravette beach can be reached in around ten minutes on foot, and Ponteil beach in around fifteen minutes.

Le Dotec Méditerranéen offers a privileged setting for discovering Antibes in a different way, as close as possible to its atmosphere and art of living.

As Le Vieil Antibes is a pedestrian area, access to the flat by car is not possible.
However, secure public car parks (Q-Park Port Vauban and Q-Park La Poste) are only 5 to 7 minutes' walk away.

Nice Côte d'Azur airport: approximately 25 minutes by car
