Beautiful apartment near the beach with great sea views

The apartment is two steps from the beach. A small (but expensive) supermarket is next door as well as a nice bakery and several restaurants.

Unfortunately there were many issues during our stay, the most serious - dishwasher did not work well (I tried 3 regimes), electric socket was hanging out of the wall, one of the balcony doors in the living room was not closing. The vacuum cleaner is very old and not easy to use. The description on booking does not mention that the airco is only in the living room, and in August it was too hot to sleep. We had no hot water for several days because the boiler gave up. All in all it is a bit too much for the price we paid (and we stayed in Antibes a few times and know the pricing). We asked the owner for discount but have not heard back. Also it is 20 min walk to the old city and 15 min walk to a bigger supermarket which might be not easy in summer.
