La localisation : tout est accessible à pied, la surface confortable pour 6 adultes, la vue sur la mer, les trois terrasses, les équipements, la communication facile et le super accueil de Mélissa !
L’existence du parking est un gros avantage dans le quartier, mais il est très très étroit.

Very spacious and well appointed - amazing views and 4 terrace areas
The shower in the 2nd bathroom didn’t work and no plumber turned up as promised. Generally well maintained but broken door on washing machine and sun blind on main terrace didn’t work. In a good location but it’s next to the garage for the road sweepers which operate early morning so some very noisy starts to the day. But, still a lovely apartment and would visit it again.

maintenance not up to date, the unreasonable security bond management took before we were given keys to the property
