About this villa rental

Villa Casita: Charming Villa Provençale 6 -room comfort with air conditioning, renovated in 2021, quietly located in a residential area of Juan les Pins 10 minutes walk from the beaches.
You will have 5 bedrooms equipped with 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs (2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 upstairs), 6 LCD TV.
The ground floor includes 2 bathrooms bathroom wc TV, 1 independent WC, a 28 m2 living room with fully equipped American kitchen (American fridge with ice cream machine and vitro ceramic lights) and satellite LCD TV, WiFi high speed internet.
The 1st floor includes 3 bedrooms, 3 LCD TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Two baby beds, 1 baby chair and 1 baby park are available free of charge (on prior request please).
Mediterranean garden (250 m2) wooded (palm, orange tree, lemon maker, mandarinier) around the villa with pretty outdoor summer kitchen (kitchen, fridge, dishes, barbecue) with 200 m2 shaded terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs . Garage for 1 medium size vehicle, free parking in the street in front of the villa.
All closures are equipped with electrical shutters.
Nice is 20 km away and Cannes 8 km away.
The sandy beaches and the shops are a 10 -minute walk from the villa.
For your arrival, we will have the pleasure of offering you a welcome gift (Provence wines) as well as tourist documentation.

Met by Antoinette property owner who showed us around property. Very thorough and friendly. Alain was the main point of contact through communication links regarding rental and was very helpful.

This is a very large home with updated kitchen and outdoor summer kitchen in a great location not far from the beach in Antibes. There is lots of space here for a larger family and there are many great places to eat 5 minutes away by car.

We have just returned from a stay 14-21st May, group of 5. The house is located close to shops and very central for the area, ie for Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Frejus etc. Facilities here are first class, with a fully fitted/kitted kitchen with dishwasher, plenty outside furniture, washing machine/room and an outhouse with wood barbecue, sink, fridge and another dishwasher! There is a large screen TV in every most rooms, although these were hardly ever used by us - too much to do elsewhere. We had a great time, Antoinette came to meet and greet, no fuss, easy hand-over and we got our deposit back after a quick check-over by Philipe. It's a short walk to the beach area (10 minutes max.) and another 5 mins to the town centre of Juan les Pins, which is pretty lively especially at weekends. All-in-all it's worth a punt, and it's pretty reasonable too.

"We have just returned from Villa Casita where we had a wonderful stay. Our kids loved the place and did not want to leave. THe sandy beach is within 10-15 minutes walk, mny lovely restaurant around, 15-20 minutes walk to the raolwaystation, from where you can travel to all the nice little towns along the riviera. Easy access from the motorway as well. Very recommended for families with little kids. We will sure return."

"We have just returned from a two week holiday at the Villa Casita this August. We had a wonderful time there. The house is spacious and well-appointed and was perfect for ourselves and our three boys. It is the best-equipped house we have ever stayed at, with generous amounts of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The outside kitchen and barbecue were a real bonus and meant that we could have many pleasant meals outdoors. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet within easy walking distance of the town centre, the beach and the nightlife. We were very impressed also with the speedy way in which Antoinette and Alain Giros dealt with our queries and the prompt way in which they dealt with matters like the faulty washing machine which was replaced within a day. All in all, a memorable stay and one that we would be happy to repeat."

"This is our second year in succession staying in villa casita. It is a lovely house and its location is brilliant. A short stroll brings you to the beaches and cafes and a very nice park. The house is convienient to all yet at the same time in a peaceful neighbourhood.I would recommend this house to anyone as an ideal base for a vacation aroung the cote d'azure or just as a getway in a warm and tranquill surrounding. The bus routes nearby open up to you canne and nice and the nearby train station offers wonderful day trips further afield to monaco or Italy.The house itself has ,in my opinion all that is needed during a holiday and saves the bother of bringing towels.There is a great local boulangerie and a little business that offers freshly cooked chicken that are only delicious.Alain and Antoinette are available on the end of the phone for any help you might need."

"This is truly Paradise. Most of our at-home time was spent in the Summer Kitchen, outside. The table is shaded by an orange tree, an olive tree and a giant palm. The entire property is surrounded by a tall wall which offers privacy and security. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The cupboards are well stocked with plates, glasses, cooking utensils and some often-used spices and necessities. The washing machine and drying rack eliminate the need to overload a suitcase. Everything was spotlessly clean and the house itself is only 3 years old. Because it is situated in a residential neighborhood, there is no "hotel atmosphere." One can truly experience the local color of one of the most beautiful areas of the world. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away, on foot, and the walk to the Mediterranean is about the same. Easy bus and train access nearby. Car rental, or scooter rental is a possibility, but walking helps to justify all those wonderful French food calories. The owners are charming, and honest people. They are very helpful and truly kind to their renters. We will absolutely repeat our stay, next year. There is so much to experience on the Rivierra, two weeks are just not enough. "

"Everyone in our group greatly enjoyed our stay at villa Casita last September. It offers every imaginable comfort and convenience of a modern house (which now even includes a satellite TV), while maintaining the charm and atmosphere of a true Provençal villa. Our host (Alain) was extremely friendly and helpful with advice and various recommendations. Our small group (3 adults) felt quite cosy and comfortable there, but this villa would be spacious enough for a much larger company. It has a lovely small garden with citrus and olive trees and flowers. Barbeque lovers would definitely appreciate having a second (outdoor) kitchen fitted with all the necessary equipment. Villa has a great location: quiet and peaceful, while it is close to the beach, shops and restaurants of both Juan les Pins and Antibes. It offers easy access to the roads leading to all other destinations on the Riviera. We feel truly fortunate that we selected Villa Casita for our stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Juan le Pins very much. The house is situated very close to the wonderful beaches and the shops in Juan le Pins. The two floors were excellent for our family of five. The outside facilities were pleasant, and provided excellent opportunity for outside dinners in the evening. Shops are at a very convenient distance. The air conditioning on the first floor provided us with cool air, when the weather was hot. Families who would wish to stay in Juan le Pins are certain to find an appropriate accommodation."

Im Ganzen war die Unterkunft sehr gut. Man sollte allerdings bei der Übernahme etwas mehr Zeit für die Kontrolle der Sauberkeit investieren. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht in allen Schlafzimmern, sondern nur im großen Raum. Es reicht allerdings für die Abkühlung, wenn alle Türe offen sind. Das Haus ist nicht modern, aber gut ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Geschirr und reicht für alle Leute. Die Kommunikation ist im Ganzen gut.

Huset hade många bekvämligheter, t ex 5 WC, 1 badkar, två duschar, tre kök, tvättmaskin och många TV-apparater. Frysen hade ismaskin vilket var praktiskt och kul. Det fanns lakan, handdukar och mycket porslin. Badrummen och köket hade vackert kakel. Alla hus i området hade höga murar eller staket. Även detta. Plåtgrinden styrdes med en fjärrkontroll och stängdes långsamt vilket var krävde att vi passade hunden noga. Det var skönt att sitta i den klinkerlagda trädgården. Luftkonditioneringen inomhus fungerade bra på båda våningarna.
