Villa Vuyani Antibes

you do not have to bring anything, the owners have provided all basic household ‘stuff’.

The villa was absolutely stunning, well equiped & convenient for everything. Also the location was perfect - with a variety of local shops nearby for daily essentials and there is easy access to transport, to explore the Cote d'Azur. Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved it!

Nothing negative comes to mind.

I egret we couldn’t use the pool , maybe they can get a solar blanket ? also the other oven in the annex wasn’t working , we couldn’t figure out the stove either , but we bought electric fire to do our cooking and it was fine . anyway we keep kosher so it was the best solution for us . friends of my daughters saw the pictures on Instagram and want to come to Antibes

Pillows but that must be a difference btw italian and french approach to pillows - so not something specific to the Villa

The Villa is gorgeous with everything you could need there. So much space, with plenty of room for 10 people. The table tennis table and piano were an extra bonus!

The location was a little far for kids to walk to the main amenities, but an easy drive and is fine for adults.

This is beautiful villa with pool. Good equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for 8 - 10 people.

The house suited very well to our needs. We were 6 adults and 2 kids, there was enough space and privacy to all of us, public transportation and other services nearby. You could even walk to the city centre. Nice garden, nice pool.

The stove was not most easy to use. Also little problems with a coffee machine. Pool was supposed to become cleaned during the week but it was not.

Villa, garden and pool are well maintained and equipped. Service team does a good job.

Lawn is "overwatered". It is always wet and soaky from the sprinklers. As a result lots of mosquitos which ruin any dinner or breakfast outdoors which is a pity, really. Rush hour in the morning wakes you up early.

A perfect house with a perfect location for a perfect family vacation. And then Therese is the Manager Svetlana. Thank you very much for your excellent service. We will be back.

There is nothing to dislike.

Willa była przepiękna i bardzo przestronna. Duże, komfortowe sypialnie oraz przestronne łazienki zapewniały pełną wygodę. Przestrzeń dzienna wraz z kuchnią była jasna, funkcjonalna i idealna do wspólnego spędzania czasu. Całość urządzona ze smakiem, z wyjątkowymi i pięknymi dodatkami, które tworzyły niesamowity klimat. Okolica rewelacyjna – blisko wszędzie, a jednocześnie spokojnie i przyjemnie. Pobyt był naprawdę wyjątkowy i niezapomniany.

Manglet søppelkasse på et av badene Oppvaskmaskin vasket dårlig, måtte vaske flere ganger for å få det rent Kjøleskap dør lukket ikke bra Få glass og noen ødelagte Renhold toaletter ikke bra når vi ankom Ingen skarpe kniver på kjøkken Manglet hånd-såpe på bad For få solsenger Rensing av basseng ble ikke gjort mens vi var der, det ble fortalt at det skulle komme men så ingen. Vi måtte rense innsug fra basseng selv.

Efter 1 veckas semester med familjen (7 pers) kan vi inget annat än att rekommendera detta boende . Villan har 5 stora sovrum med 3 badrum vilket gör det perfekt för 8-10 pers . Där är A/C i 4 av sovrummen men det sista rummet var svalt utan . Trädgården är fantastisk med en stor pool och en uteplats där vi kunde grilla på kvällarna . Ett pingisbord stod i trädgården och var ett plus för oss . Bara några minuters gång från huset finns det en liten mataffär , bageri , slaktaren och apotek . Vill man åka in till Antibes går bussen precis utanför huset och det tar 6 min sen är man nere på stan . Man kan absolut gå ner men det är uppförsbacke hem . Lätt att checka in och checka ut ur huset och kommunikationen med Bernard eller Ela gick snabbt om vi hade frågor

Kanske kunde finnas några fler solstolar . Det fanns 5 .

Bra med plats i huset och välutrustat kök! Sovrummen var bra, fint och rent.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Antibes est idéalement situé au cœur de la côte méditerranéenne. Rien n’est loin (Menton, Monaco, Èze, Saint-Paul de Venice, Grasse, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Marseille. Dans Antibes, Le lieu est facile d’accès et à 200 mètres à pied de services essentiels (boulangerie, supérette,…) La villa permet de garer facilement plusieurs véhicules sur site. Les pièces sont vastes, les meubles de qualité et notamment les lits dont le confort est appréciable. La villa bénéficie d’une belle terrasse et d’un espace piscine parfaitement sécurisé. Les propriétaires ont proposé une remise sur une future location en compensation de quelques soucis rencontrés.

La villa n’est pas entretenu comme elle le devrait. Cela commence avec le portail électrique qui était cassé. Cela se poursuit avec l’alimentation en eau chaude. D’une manière générale, aucun robinet de douche ne fonctionne correctement et il est difficile d’obtenir une température constante lors d’une douche. L’ouverture d’un seul robinet entraîne un bruit mat et répétitif dans toute la maison. Les joints sont tous à changer et les raccords de douche fuient. Pas d’eau chaude du tout dans la salle de bain et la cuisine du studio. Nous avons dû faire face à des appareils défectueux (plaque dans la cuisine principale et four dans le studio) La télécommande Orange ne fonctionnait pas non plus rendant inopérant la TV. L’aspirateur est constitué de deux parties qui ne vont pas ensemble, de même que le barbecue Weber dont le couvercle ne se marie pas avec la base. La table de ping-pong au sous sol était déboîté et une table cassée posée à proximité. Le ménage n’était pas du tout à la hauteur. Nous avons retiré le premier jour un slip et des chaussettes sals du placard de la suite parentale, nous avons dû nettoyé le four qui était dans un état pitoyable et laver la plupart des assiettes verres et couverts dans un état douteux (heureusement il y a un lave-vaisselle). Certes nous étions sur une semaine particulière entre Noël et nouvel an pour mobiliser des professionnels et réparer ce qui ne marchait pas mais globalement, nous avons eu le sentiment que nos alertes sont restées veines et nous avons dû nous contenter jusqu’à la fin du séjour de tout ce qui ne marchait pas. Dans ce contexte, la proposition des propriétaires de réduction sur une future location est insuffisante. La villa, dans l’état où nous l’avons trouvé ne mérite pas son prix de location. Ma belle famille américaine pensait même que nous aurions dû être remboursés au moins partiellement.
