Excellent stay for a business trip I had a great stay at this serviced residence during a business trip. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and very close to the train station, which made everything extremely convenient. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped, and ideal for both work and rest. The welcome was warm and highly professional. A very good stopover. I would definitely stay here again for holidays.

Great accomodation near centre of Juan les Pins. Corresponds to the price.

Nice accommodation a short walk from the beach in the charming Juan les Pins. Great communication with the host, everything was without problem, I recommend it.

Great location, the beach was just around the corner, very close to the town center, supermarket, bakery, shops. Staff was very friendly, helpful and apartment was clean and very spacious. Terrace with table, chairs and lounge area.

Some updates in the bathroom and in parts of the apartment were needed ( more details rather than functional or relevant issues).

Low value for your money. Far to expensive when you consider what you get. All of the funiture needs to be replaced! They where old and had damages. The bed and pillows was old and should have been changed. Pictures on booking.com must have been taken for a very long time ago. They did not reflect what you get.

The price-performance ratio was really bad.

The hotel is situated quite close to the beach. It took us only a few minutes to get there. There was an air conditioner in the room.

1. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and way too soft. It is obvious that the mattress has not been changed during the past few years. The nights were horrendous. 2. The shower door was broken and you could smell the mould on the wall tiles. You also could not regulate the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. 3. There weren't any lights in the stairway. To sum it up, the hotel was very expensive and did not offer what you can expect for the price.

The price is way too high for such a dirty room, especially during the corona virus.

Bedding Linens were dirty and bed spread apart because it was not 1 bed it was 2 twins combined together, kitchen (utensils, glasses, bowls) all dirty, dirty bathroom (pee stains under toilet seat and dirt and hair in bathtub, heater was no working well the room did not warm up as pleased especially during winter time. Elevator was also not clean at all.

The bathroom is inside and there is mold on the wall. Our apartment was just above the fans of airconditioners, so it was too noisy, barely impossible to sleep. No oven - only microwave.

Location is amazing, 30 seconds walk to the beach and to the center, but still quiet and safe! Balcony with sea view was wonderful, and the room was clean.

Bathroom door was not closing, wifi was kind of buggy, and the shower was like not giving out much water.

Super séjour, très bon emplacement, top appartement et une équipe accueillante.

J’ai récupéré les clés à la réception de l’hôtel. Très jolie et confortable si on a besoin d’attendre, on m’a proposé de l’eau ou un café. L’équipe était super accueillante et disponible. Mon appartement était super, bien équipé, propre et calme. Je reviendrai plus longtemps la prochaine fois!

Die Ausstattung dieses Appartements ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat die Erwartungen der Bilder nicht erfüllt. Leider ist derzeit die gute Lage und Meerblick von einer 1000 Meter langen, lautstarken Strandbaustelle zerstört

Rien. J’attends d’ailleurs toujours le remboursement des frais de ménage et de 50% des frais de logement. Le logement était degueulasse et c’est une honte de loué des chambres dans un état de saleté et d’humidité avancé

Tout. Tout était dégueulasse. La vaisselle dégueulasse. Des cheveux dans le lit. Une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Les siphons des évier à vomir. Aucun geste commercial. Bref à fuir. Plus jamais
