Great location for access to restaurants and to beaches and to train. A good 3 star hotel with beey friendly staff. Breakfast could be a little better managed - refilling of hot food was slow. That is a very small complaint for a good 3 star venue.

Perfect location , between shopping , restaurants and fab beach clubs ! Definitely return to this spot , even the classic room was superb and spacious , staff were very helpful and kind. Brekkie each morning was fresh and plentiful … we will be back

It was a toss up between this hotel & another & I'm so glad we ended up choosing this hotel based on a glowing review. I hope this review will also serve as a testimony of how exceptional this hotel is. We booked a 5 night stay for my parents for my father's birhday. They absolutely loved their stay - they said the hotel is spotless, close to amenities, has friendly staff & great views from the balcony. For his actual birthday the lovely Hotel Receptionists (Florence & Patricia) helped arrange a cake & champagne which was given to them as a suprise at breakfast - to say they were responsive & nothing was too much to ask is an understatement, they showed what good customer service truly is. I'm very grateful to all the staff at Hotel Helios for making their stay extra special! If you are visiting Juan les Pins / the French Riviera, this is the place to stay.

The location is very good, very close to the beach. No charge for a small dog, which we appreciated. The rooms on the 1st floor lack privacy, if you open the curtains, people from the street can observe the whole room. So the choice is between this and no natural light in the room. Also it’s extremely noisy in the middle of the night because of some delivery to the hotel or something. We were woken up all nights and had bad sleep. The shower is in a bad condition and should be fixed.
