Pro: air conditioning is good. Room smells good. Staff was friendly. Cons: First of all we booked for 10 nights looking at the good reviews and were expecting a really relaxing vacation. We specifically booked a hotel since it was a long duration/beach vacation and we needed room cleaning. Furthermore we had specifically requested a double bed and not twin beds. But still we were offered a room with 2 twin beds stuck together twice. After bringing it to their attention twice, we were offered a bigger room at extra charge. This twin bed situation was not conveyed to us before hand. The bathroom is horribly designed. No doors or curtains that completely close the shower cabin and hence all the water comes out and the whole bathroom is a mess. Plus the rooms are cleaned only once in 7 days and so you have to use only one towel for 7 days which is completely unhygienic and horrible. You have to pay extra for every thing if you need extra (towels 8€ for an extra set, room cleaning at 30€/day etc) Breakfast for us was included. There's not a huge variety of the same and eating the same thing for even 4-5 days made us feel sick. Fruits were not fresh. Only scrambled and boiled eggs, everything else is sweet and no change in items at all. We ended up not having the breakfast after 4 days since there was no change at all in the menu. Every hotel we have been to till date has had a hot water kettle in the room. Here that is not available as well. So if you don't take breakfast, there is no tea/coffee or hot water for your room. The parking situation is a nightmare. The hotel doesn't have free parking. That is still okay. But they have special rates. 11€ /night 49€/week 100€/month So technically if we stay for 10 nights, we should have gotten the same rate per day as a week. Still we paid 83€ which is the rate for a week and 3 days seperate which is almost the same rate as a month just with a few bucks extra. It was a total waste of our money and we were not at all relaxed considering it was a vacation and would not recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here as our base to explore the French Riviera and couldn’t have chosen better. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the A8, which made day trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Menton, and even the inland villages quick and easy. Despite being so close to the motorway, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the rooms, and the housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. The pool area was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, with plenty of seating and a refreshing atmosphere. If you want a comfortable, clean, and well-connected place to stay while exploring the entire region, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Ensemble des équipements fonctionnels et confort de la literie. Appartement propre et qui sent bon en arrivant. Assez bien insonorisé. Le personnel est à l'écoute, accueillant. Un peu éloigné du centre ville.

Nice apartment for a week stay. Very good if you rent a car and from there you can drive different places. Kitchen has few things. There should be more equipment for such a big apartment.
