Hôtel Lou Juan

This hotel is in the best location in Juan Les Pins. We hadn’t been before so we weren’t sure what to expect, but the hotel is located 1 minute from the beach. It is very close to multiple supermarkets, pharmacy, charcuterie and the best Boulangerie. There are excellent restaurants nearby also. We recommend the best seafood restaurant which is across the road from the hotel Terre di Merre and our other favourite was Le Bistrot- it has the best foie gras. We had breakfast in the hotel once and the courtyard is lovely to enjoy your morning coffee. I was especially pleased that they provided milk alternatives as it can be a struggle in France being lactose intolerant. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and all speak fluent English. In the Reception there is lots of local information available such as train fares to Cannes etc and activities like the Theme Park. We really appreciated the hotel letting us borrow their parasols and deck chairs it made the beach a really enjoyable experience. It was very cool that your room is given a unique code to enter both the building and your room. This was very useful because you never have to remember your room key and there aren’t any restrictions on the time you return to the hotel.

The rooms are quite small we could walk around both sides of the bed but it is quite claustrophobic with two people. My husband is very tall and long limbed he struggled to fit in the bathroom. We had Room 14 which had a lovely panoramic balcony however, we were directly overlooked by the car park directly next door. I would recommend voile for the windows because it allows guests to enjoy the view outside from inside their room when changing. There is an extremely popular car park next to the hotel so there is a lot of car noise/loud music during the night, especially between 10pm-3am. If you are a light sleeper I strongly recommend buying some earplugs.

Staff gentile, Susenne gentilissima e ti accoglie parlando in Italiano diventando un punto di riferimento. Struttura ristrutturata.

Colazione un po’ scarsa come scelta.

J’ai beaucoup aimé le personnel, très gentil serviable et à l’écoute. L’hôtel était vraiment très propre très bien décoré avec un goût raffiné et moderne. Les lits sont très confortables matelas King size j’ai vraiment rien à dire, je reviendrai très rapidement dès que je peux à côté de la mer avec un parking public. C’est parfait pour passer des vacances magnifique!!! Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe..👍👍🌺🌺

J’ai tout aimé dans cet établissement du personnel De Nuit, du personnel du jour et la directrice, une dame charmante raffinée comme son hôtel!!

Reservé la habitación deluxe. De Deluxe no tenía nada. Solo un pequeño balcón. Era muy pequeña, especialmente el baño. Cuando te sentabas en el wc tocabas la pared con tus rodillas Pedí de cambiarme a una habitación regular que fuese más grande y por la diferencia de precio tener el desayuno gratis. No me fue concedido Las habitaciones regulares están en planta baja. La que me dieron a mi daba a la calle, así que no era bueno abrir la ventana por temas de seguridad e higiene, así que había mucho olor a humedad, y era muy oscura
