Royal Antibes - Luxury Hotel, Résidence, Beach & Spa

The location was absolutely incredible and the access to the spa was a very nice touch. The Royal Beach Club was perfect and our favorite part of our week in France. The staff also left my fiancé and I a bottle of champagne since we were celebrating our engagement. They also had 24 hour check in which was nice since we arrived at 4am.

The room was pretty small, and the AC didn’t work well. The shower was also broken so we had to take baths.

The location is amazing, right in front of the beach and beach club and a few short minutes walk to the old town. The beach club itself is very nice. The spa area is very small but nice.

I know we got the cheapest room type but it was particularly dark and dreary. Although it was bright and sunny outside, you’d be forgiven for thinking it was grey/overcast when you are in the room because very little light was getting in. Pillows were very uncomfortable with 0 support. The screen on the side of the stand in bath/shower was not big enough to stop water pouring out onto the bathroom floor when showering. Breakfast wasn’t very good - the hot food options were limited and not very tasty. The yogurts were pretty tasteless and the bread selection wasn’t very good.
