Had a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean picture perfect days. Walking distance to Village and Old Town. Uber to Juan Les Pins for stunning beaches and more cafes and shopping and swimming. Slept really well. Amazing sunrises! Staff were also as wonderful.

Its location was perfect. 10 min walk to old town. And 1 minute to beach
A bar to come back to for a night cap would be nice

Nice breakfast buffet, we were able to park on the street which saved us money, walking distance to old town, directly across from the water.

The location was good! The beds comfortable. Air con good. Clean. Breakfast small but lovely choices.
Quality of towels awful. One rude receptionist. Quality and look of beach beds and tables and umbrellas were totally unacceptable. Shabby old and everything was dirty. Not worth 30€ but I suppose that’s why it’s so cheap. Only one lift so always waiting forever. The bed was not changed in three days so had to ask for it to be changed. At the cost of 350€ a night I would expect better.
