Wonderful

Everything, comfort, security, service and location also having the bikes, with the best cycle dual lanes I have seen, so flat along the coast anyone could do it. We had the best holiday so relaxing. Large Supermarket 10-15 mins walk 5mins bike Biot Train station 10 min walk 3 mins bike. From there you can travel to most famous places within 20-40min Everyone we dealt with were lovely and so helpful. I honestly can not praise this accommodation highly enough

Great location close to bus stops, train stations and the beach. Modern yet homely interior, with excellent facilities, beautiful garden a wonderful pool. Hosts were amazing and went above and beyond.

Wonderful!!!

Once again a wonderful stay: clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. 3 air conditioners. Plenty of space for 6 persons around the table in the patio. The children loved the pool; it changes colour when you turn on the light in it in the evening. Birds as eurasian hoopoes and parrots in the high trees in the garden. Easy to reach the shops in Villeneuve-Loubet by walking or cycling through Parc Vaugrenier (4 free bikes available). Bus stop (bus 620) 4 minutes and train station Biot 15 minutes walk away. Pebble beach behind Gare Biot, sandy beach behind Gare Villeneuve-Loubet. Also walking distance to the Pizzeria, Antibes Land, Adventure golf and Aquasplash. AND ABOVE ALL; The helpful and nice hosts Marie and Philippe really made us feel at home! Tips: useful apps: Moovit, ZOU!, Lignes d,Azur card. Traveltips: Biot (picturesque village), The island Saint Marguerite (crystal clear water, snorkeling), Ventimiglia in Italy (the old town)

We had a wonderful stay at Les Villas du Parc!

Clean and beautifully furnished house with nice terrass and pool, well-equipped kitchen and well-functioning air condition. The house is next to a large park with an exercise loop. Shops are on the other side of the park, you can walk or cycle there (bikes are available to borrow at the accomodation). Bus stop is 4 minutes away and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station, Les Groules Beach, Marineland and the amusement park. Nice hostess who lives nearby and is easy to get in touch with via Booking.com or WhatsApp. We took a taxi to the accomodation, 6 people and luggage for 90 Euro from the airport, but bus 620 back to the airport for 11 Euro. I can warmly recommend Les Villas du Parc!

The house was a lot more comfortable and pleasant than expected!

It is hard to list them all but well working kitchenware including washer and dryer, decent size rooms and dining area, location being off the main road but still close to city center, remote operated gates for safety, beautiful stone floors and walls, a bit of outdoor area, and friendly responsive host.

Exceptional

Value for money. The house is finished with high standards and very comfortable for a family. Also the location is very close to the sea and many facilities. The location is between Nice and Cannes. The city itself Antibes, has very beautiful old Town. Definitely we will consider the property for the next visit :)

Excellent stay

Very nice, comfortable clean, , and spacious two storey duplex/chalet in quiet area. All mod cons. Nearby to antibes, nice and biot. Great area to base yourself and travel around in car. Added bonus: a nice little park is nearby! Lovely and helpful host, Marie. We had a great time! We will hopefully return!

This will be my future summer vacation home!

Marie and Philippe are extraordinary and fantastic hosts. They are always here if you have any questions or problems and you can feel that they put a lot of heart into the house. It's a beautiful modern and charming house and I felt immediately at home. There is aircondition in every room which is very important for me and the pool is just perfect to relax and cool off. Shops and the train station are in walking distance and the beach is also very clean and easy to get there. I will definitely return back next year! Thank you again dear Marie and Philippe x

Wir könnten uns vorstellen, uns dort auch für ein paar Monate einzuchecken....

Außergewöhnliche Lage, überaus fürsorgliche Gastgeber, die bei Bedarf immer erreichbar waren und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Marie-Laurence und Philippe sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir bewohnten die Villa Anna, genossen sehr viel Privatsphäre und verbrachten drei wundervolle Wochen. Kleine Willkommens- und Abschiedsaufmerksamkeiten rundeten unseren Urlaub ab. Wir fühlten uns derart wohl, dass wir fast vergaßen, auf Entdeckungstour zu gehen. Der Standort Antibes ist ideal, um den östlichen Teil der Côte d' Azur und das Hinterland zu erkunden.

Hochwertiger und toller Pool, sehr gut gepflegt und ideal für eine Familie geeignet.

Ein sehr gepflegtes, modernes und neuwertiges Haus mit einem makellosen Pool, gelegen auf dem Privatgrundstück der Besitzer. Trotz seiner ruhigen und abgeschiedenen Lage ist es zentral zu den Städten Nizza, Antibes und Cannes. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und der herzliche Empfang inklusive einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit und gekühltem Rosé sorgt für einen angenehmen Start. Außerdem sind Fahrräder verfügbar, eine tolle Möglichkeit, um schnell nach Antibes zu gelangen. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt und bietet eine gute Möglichkeit, um in die umliegenden Städte zu gelangen. Vielen Dank Marie😊

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Es war ein sehr erholsamer und wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen,sodass man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen konnte. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Es ist alles enthalten, was man so braucht - vom Kochgeschirr bis Toilettenpapier. So mussten wir kaum etwas nachkaufen. Die Hausbesitzer sind super nett und freundlich. Man merkte deutlich, dass sie ihr Herzblut in die Anlage gesteckt haben und dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Der private Pool ist super sauber und dass man ihn mit keinem teilen musste, war einfach himmlisch! Die Betten waren super bequem und die Einrichtung sehr modern und luxuriös. Da bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche mehr offen. Auch unseren Kindern (10 und 14) hat es sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Super nette Wirte eines hochwertigen Urlaubshauses sorgen für schöne Ferien für die Familie.

Die unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, bei kleineren Problemen haben sie direkt ohne Probleme ausgeholfen. Fahrräder wurden zur Verfügung gestellt und die Anbindung an das Zugnetz für Fahrten nach Monaco, Nizza oder Cannes sind sehr gut. Zwei Bäder und drei WCs in sehr guter Ausstattung, voll eingerichtete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse mit Elektrogrill und netter kleiner Pool haben den Aufenthalt bereichert.

Das ausklappbare Doppelbett im ersten Stock quietschte beträchtlich, so dass an ruhigen Schlaf dort nur schwer zu denken war. Auch wäre ein abgeschlossenes zweites Zimmer (nicht eine offene Mansarde zum Wohnzimmer) für die Privatsphäre sicher besser.

Stille og rolig. Vennlig og hjelpsomt vertskap. Villaen hadde alt av nødvendig utstyr. Flott at vi fikk låne sykler. Fin park i nabolaget.

Litt lang vei å gå til stranda. Men fint å sykle.
