Start and end your days on the adorable screened-in porch, shaded by surrounding trees and perfect for relaxing or entertaining after time in the sun. Inside, the bright open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen so everyone can gather easily, and a stackable washer and dryer add extra ease to your stay. Bedroom one features a queen bed and ceiling fan, while bedroom two includes two twin beds plus a twin trundle and a ceiling fan. With only a few steps up to the porch, this cottage is also a friendly option for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Parking includes one assigned off-street space with no overflow. Amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans throughout, a gas grill, a shared outdoor shower, and a spacious screened porch. Best of all, you're just steps from the beach and a short walk to Dewey Beach's restaurants, bars, and nightlife, with the Jolly Trolley stop at the end of the street for easy rides into Rehoboth Beach (fee applies). Please note that the outdoor shower and off-street parking area are shared with other units, linens are not provided but rental packages are available, and up to two dogs are welcome with a signed pet addendum and a $30 per dog, per day fee—no cats permitted.
