A dedicated bike storage room and easy access to Bella Vista's trail system make this a favorite for mountain bikers, while the 12-seat dining table and multiple decks are perfect for family gatherings. Just minutes from golf, trails, and a short drive to downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, and Walmart Home Office.

Beautiful spacious home. We had our group of 4 couples on our annual Friendcation. There was plenty of space and plenty to do. I think we made use of everything while there. Kayaks, swimming, fishing, even used the fire pit on one chilly evening. The lake is beautiful and plenty of wildlife. Hosts were super nice and quick to respond to communication. Such a relaxing weekend. Thank you!
