This large home offers 1 King Bed, 1 queen bed, 1 Full Bed, 5 twin beds and sleeps a total of 13 people! Two Master bedrooms with ensuite attached. Spacious kitchen attached to a large family room with direct access to the deck over looking the Bella Vista country club fairways. Also includes an additional family room and patio facing the fairways on the walkout level. Includes Washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience.

One tub didn’t drain. Iron didn’t work. Info about having a kcup coffee maker was wrong. Was not given keypad code. Had to call for it. But house was clean and comfortable and host did answer the phone immediately when I called. Clean the drain. Replace the iron.

There wasn't enough toilet paper provided. The kitchen wasn't well stocked. The bathroom trash cans, and garage refrigerator were filthy. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and beautiful views from the porches. The upper porch railing is a bit wobbly. Overall, everyone enjoyed the house. We would consider this property for our next reunion. Thank you.

This is a beautiful home with more room than you can imagine. It has both a lower walk out patio and upper level deck. Extremely clean. Ambience is restful yet also nice for children to play. Kitchen is fully outfitted. Beautiful deck view over hole number 17 of the country club. Only one negative comment. Outdoor garbage can was awful but only a problem when I threw garbage bags in to it! Can't wait to rent again.

This is our second time staying out the house on the Country Club course. Brandon was once again get to deal with booking the house. The house was prefect for 11 guys on a 3 day 72 hole golf outing. Very conveniently located close to all amenities Bella Vista and the surrounding area has to provide. Beds are very comfortable, host is very accessible, roomy, and great outdoor deck overlooking Country Club golf course tee box #16. We had 6 men staying 4 days playing golf and it met all our needs. Great house for our group of 11 golfers. Lots of room and comfortable beds. Kitchen worked great for cooking all of our meals. Only one suggestion, get a new grill, we love to grill out, that grill needs replaced. Will definitely rent again.
