Both regular coffee and K cups provided, along with some creamers in the cabinet above. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and platters to host!
Both regular dishware for inside and plastic dishes for outside use are provided. Please no glassware at the dock.
Plenty of storage available for your groceries in the pantry. We also provide a toaster, blender (both in pantry), air fryer, microwave, and supply seasonings and microwave popcorn for your enjoyment.

Relaxing retreat perfect for your next getaway. This lakefront property sleeps 13, with 5 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with decks, screened in patio room and a PRIVATE DOCK. Situated on Lake Avalon, a no wake lake in Bella Vista, you'll find the perfect atmosphere for kayaking (4 provided), paddleboarding (we have 2!) swimming and fishing! Relax in the hammocks or explore the walking and bike trails nearby. Fully stocked home, kitchen, grill, firepit, & laundry!

House was very clean and had lots of room. We were there for work and during the winter so we weren't able enjoy the lake. It was quiet and peaceful.
