This home was built in 2022 and is 2300 sq ft of pure bliss, giving you 5 full size private bedrooms with 7 beds. Located right off the OZ trails near golf courses, and many lakes and only 15 minutes to downtown Bentonville. You can enjoy this spacious open concept for those large gatherings with friends and family. The seating is large and comfortable enough to watch your favorite sports team on the big screen, and the bedrooms are large with plush bedding. The master suite is located on the other side of the home, perfect for privacy. You have 3 large full bathrooms fully equipped with all toiletries . You can bike in/bike out, and the full garage is equipped with a bike stand and trail map. You will love your morning coffee out on the back deck with a wooded view, watching wildlife and the changes of the seasons.

Peaceful stay in a well-appointed house on a quiet street with wooded views. Nice place to get-away and relax with family, but still be close to family nearby, hiking trails, shops, etc.
