Situated just a 12 min drive from The Bend Motorsport Park and 8 mins to Tailem Bend town amenities including Foodland & Tailem Bend Hospital, it’s ideal for a relaxing getaway or cross the Wellington ferry for a meal or drink at the Wellington Hotel to enjoy country hospitality.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the marina and River Murray while spending quality time with family and friends. The property is easily accessible via the South Eastern Freeway and Princes Highway.
The fully furnished home features a large, open-plan living area with a family room, kitchen, and dining area – all with views overlooking the water. For year-round comfort, there’s reverse cycle split system air conditioning, and all linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
