We have stayed in this house a few years ago, while attending a race meeting at The Bend, it has not changed. Beautiful views, very comfortable and great for a group. It's a short distance to the track and the ability to cook a meal in the house is fantastic. We also love the layout, everyone has their space.
There is a little noise from the highway but the positives of the location outweigh this.

View over looking river
Property had not been entirely cleaned. The inside had not been vacuumed or mopped. The patio dining table and chairs were dusty. The patio floor dirty and grimey around the bbq. The verandah was dirty and thick with bird pooh. This space was unusable. There was foul odor.
