Contemporary ‘Esprit’ with river reserve access

Very easy to access and the message instructions were on time and concise. Large modern home, beautifully appointed and very very clean throughout. Comfy beds and lovely fresh towels etc.

Can't think of anything we didnt like. The place was perfect for us.

No Wifi was a let down.

only drawback was quite alot of traffic noise from the highway through the night

House itself is excellent. Newly built, well appointed, clean, great for large family groups. Great kitchen. Off street parking, with double garage. Beds, linen etc were good.

I was under the impression it was on the river. Its not, nor does it have a view of it. but you do get access to the river via a private road. It would have been better to be very clear about the location - in a suburban street, not riverfront. Doesnt have secure boat docking etc, and the channel from the reserve to the river is partially blocked. not an issue for our kayaks, not great for boat owners. BBQ hadn't been cleaned, nor the grill racks in kitchen. For the rest cleanliness was beyond excellent.
