Located on just over an acre, this riverfront property is surrounded by beautiful green grass and 50m of exclusive river frontage.
An easy 1 hour drive up the freeway from Adelaide.

Twin Gums has its own private ramp to launch your boat or Jet Ski enjoying all the Murray River has to offer. Being situated on a wide section of the river the boat traffic is low. There is plenty of room to set up on the banks or sit back and relax in the water with a small shallow lagoon area that offers the perfect place for kids to float around.
Twin Gums is located just 10 minutes from The Bend Race Track. You can spend your days enjoying many events held at the Bend followed by a beautiful evening on the riverside. Twin Gums was perfect for our family gathering. It is a much more peaceful part of the river and a great spot to take out kyaks as there are not as many boats and jet skis around. The huge grassed area is lovely and we all loved sitting by the large willow trees.The house is clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need to cook large family meals. Having a pool table was a real bonus - we all loved our time at Twin Gums and would definitely stay again!
