The Cow Shed, a single-storey lovely holiday annex consists of a kitchen with fridge with ice box, microwave, and electric oven and hob, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with Smart TV that swivels to face the sofa. The bedroom is a king-size. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and washer/dryer. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The property is located on a smallholding of 2 1/2 acres and guests are welcome to explore the grounds, which include a polytunnel, orchard, friendly sheep and chickens. Return year after year to The Cow Shed.

Town: Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
