Location ( easy to walk to downtown with great restaurants & shops), friendly & helpful landlord & decor was very British from 1940-1950's ( according to our friend who lives in Truro). Easy to travel to Project Eden, botanical gardens & train to Paddington to continue to Heathrow.
A few of mattresses need to be updated to be firmer. We were concerned about so many decorative items on tables that were precious & interesting. If renting to family with young children may want to move those items out of reach.

La casa era arredata nello stile della prima metà del secolo scorso con grande cura ed attenzione. E' stato come fare un tuffo all'indietro di quasi 100 anni. Camere ampie e cucina con tutto l'occorrente. Possibilità di usufruire del giardino di cui mon abbiamo fatto uso. A noi è piaciuta molto.
Rimane, forse inevitabile, un leggero odore come di vecchio che comunque non disturba più di tanto.
