Bright and airy accommodation. Very comfortable upstairs bedroom. Excellent bath and shower facilities. Good quality kitchen and lounge area.
The majority of the fixtures and fittings are high end quality.
Easy access on foot to the city centre and railway station.
The access and parking arrangements are challenging at best. Anyone with a larger car would struggle. It would be unsuitable for parties with more than one car.
The external areas need some TLC, especially the deck and part covered seating area off the lounge. The decking area could be a lovely, private space but needs a thorough scrub down and clean.
Limited storage and hanging space in the bedrooms.
Some internal areas need refreshing - a lick of paint and maybe some artwork to make it feel more homely and reflect the high spec’ fixtures and fittings.
