Uno in the City - Urban Boutique Accommodation

Location was great parking literally a 30 second walk away and very reasonable price. Apartment was excellent built to a very high standard everything was thoughtfully done

There was a very early delivery one morning by an articulated lorry right below us delivery casks of beer to the Wetherspoons which woke us up but there is nothing you can do to stop that

Clean and very comfortable with everything I needed. Quiet at night time with a super comfy bed. I will definitely use again.

Breakfast not included as far as I was aware

Received code, very easy to enter property. Decor was quite nice. Bathroom was nice. TV and tea making facilities were good. The hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive. Central location but this also had negatives.

The room felt very small and cramped. It was extremely hot and while we had a fan, we needed to open the windows. The problem with this is that the accommodation is on an extremely noisy road. Taxis and delivery drivers use the road. It is next to a Wetherspoons so noisy delivery and recycling lorries were coming at all hours. The seagulls (presumably on the roof of the multi storey car park) were also deafening. Unfortunately a few things in the room also caused a problem such as the noise from the solar panel unit. We asked the host and eventually turned the system off to stop the loud clicking noise which disturbed sleep. The bed was large, but very soft so not the most comfortable (although that is a preference thing).
