Uno in the City - Urban Boutique Accommodation

Central location. Comfortable bed .

Very small room but ok for a couple of nights. Asked twice for an invoice as this was a business trip , never received.

Immaculately presented apartment with everything we needed. Perfectly located in the city centre with a carpark so close by.

Very minor thing but it would have been nice if the en-suite bathroom door could have been working for convenient access. Otherwise no faults!

Lovely room and efficient check in. Phone was answered quickly for issue resolution.

TV didn't work and this issue wasn't resolved

Received code, very easy to enter property. Decor was quite nice. Bathroom was nice. TV and tea making facilities were good. The hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive. Central location but this also had negatives.

The room felt very small and cramped. It was extremely hot and while we had a fan, we needed to open the windows. The problem with this is that the accommodation is on an extremely noisy road. Taxis and delivery drivers use the road. It is next to a Wetherspoons so noisy delivery and recycling lorries were coming at all hours. The seagulls (presumably on the roof of the multi storey car park) were also deafening. Unfortunately a few things in the room also caused a problem such as the noise from the solar panel unit. We asked the host and eventually turned the system off to stop the loud clicking noise which disturbed sleep. The bed was large, but very soft so not the most comfortable (although that is a preference thing).
