The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Truro among all the cafes, restaurants and shops. It's 2 minutes from Truro bus station so it's an amazing base for a touring holiday all over Cornwall. There are buses to Falmouth, Newquay, Perranporth, St Austell, Eden Project, St Mawes, all less than 1 hour travel. St Ives and Penzance are 2 hours. There's also a well connected train station at Truro with connections across the country.

It was spotlessly clean. It is right in the center of the city and few meters away from a convenient car park as well as a good fish restaurant. The communication with the hotel managers was fine, providing the information needed to access the property without problem.
