I’d go back to this one anytime! Great location, super clean and great shower.

Location (centre, lots of parking), brands new. Hairdryer AND hair straightener. Good heating. Hot chocolate as well as tea and pod coffee machine (with heaps of milk!). Windows you can open! Great shower !

External staircase sliding door was noisy every time someone came in - but noise seemed to be kept to a minimum otherwise (except garbage trucks outside).

Perfect stay at a city centre location which was immaculately clean.

City centre location - les than a minute’s walk from the centre. The property was immaculately clean with everything you could think of being provided including a hair straightener! I would not hesitate to return to this property & would highly recommend a visit.

Inner City Gem with Great Location

You cannot beat this location!! Everything is just a couple of blocks away. There is a grocery store right around the corner. Restuarants and shopping stores are also nearby. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for three adults. My mom and I have already booked our stay in May!

We did have to buy our own toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels (to use as kitchen towels) as none were provided in the property. I haven't had to do this in other places I've stayed.

Exceptional in the heart of Truro opposite Wetherspoons which was huge bonus!

Location outstanding, flat was superb - I would HIGHLY recommend. Super comfy bed, kitchen fully equipped, fantastic bathroom with huge shower. Super friendly hosts

Live TV didn't work - aerial not configured, Netflix fine though. No dishcloth or sponge to wipe down surfaces, had to use own flannel

This is not a serviced apartment. There was no kitchen despite "kitchen" being listed in property facilities. There was no dining area or dining table despite both being listed in room facilities. It's just a small bedroom and bathroom.

Well mannered which was too good for its money

It was very well managed and everything was clean with nice portraits on the wall. The TV’s in every room was nice too

Fabulous

This little gem was immaculate, very central. Host made it very easy with the instructions on how to enter the property. The bed was extremely comfortable. Shampoo in the shower was great I forgot mine but the host supplied some and wow it made my hair so soft really didn’t expect it. Lovely little finishing touches to the place I would highly recommend this place. We definitely would visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. X

The common area was a little dirty, although I think it was simply due to high traffic. The bedroom was cleaned to a good standard, but attention to detail could have improved things even more. Seagulls are very loud - this is just a Truro issue vs the accommodation! None of this would stop me staying again.

High quality accommodation, close to city centre. But very warm!

Very central to city centre. Very high quality fixtures and fittings. Bed exceptionally comfortable and lovely bathroom with great rain shower. Attention to details eg. having a Nespresso machine and not just instant coffee available. Having a hair dryer and a hair curler available. Nice touches!

Very hot! Our room was on the top floor with just a normal fan for cooling. There was also a large velux window in the ceiling but this was covered in seagull poop, so we were concerned about leaving it open. The noise of the seagulls was also a disincentive to leaving the windows open overnight as they were really loud. Obviously we realise owners cannot take responsibility for the presence of seagulls. They’re all over Truro. But really felt there needed to be AC in this accommodation in the height of summer.

Good clean comfortable apartment in centre of Truro.

Good apartment. Very Clean. Very comfortable bed. Central. Close to town, restaurants cathedral shops etc. Nothing not to like.

On street parking is free 8AM to 6PM. 1 hour free parking. After that it’s car parks or parking tickets. You will be woken by commercial rubbish collection, beer and wine deliveries between 6 and 8AM.

Very comfortable and convenient.

The accommodation was spacious and very near the centre of the City, where we wanted to be. The shower worked very well and did not leak, like most showers. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space was a welcome contrast to the limited space in a hotel bedroom. The rooms have not been open long; they are modern, clean and well equipped.

As a suggestion, the kitchen would benefit from a teapot, a milk jug, a butter dish and some egg cups, for those guests with old fashioned habits. But generally the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a great time, location very central.

We were a bit confused about getting in to the apartment, but Lorena was very helpful, answered the phone straight away and made sure we found our way. Room very clean, lovely soft towels and bed comfortable. Location central.

For a short stay it was good, but there is no where for clothes other than hanging space. With Wetherspoon's pub over the road, the glass recycling collection from the refuse lorry was very noisy in the early morning!

The room was ideally suited for a trip to Truro and the theatre. It was spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Parking was available across the road for £8 for 24 hours.

The room was not too spacious if you were staying longer, but we were hardly in it so it wasn’t a problem.
