The apartment is perfect. Home from home. The excellent facilities meant we were able to enjoy busy days out and about in Cornwall and then come back, cook a meal and relax in the apartment. I slept so well, the area was lovely and quiet. The advantage of having a garage meant we never had to worry about where we were parking the car.
Location is brilliant locally, 20 minute walk into Truro or similar distance to Malpas where The Heron pub is. The walk to Malpas gives amazing views.
Location in Cornwall is also central for reaching lots of different places. At the end of September the weather was fabulous. Only 1 wet day.
There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful, modern apartment located very near to a lovely park. Kitchen really well equipped. A real bonus was the little courtyard style garden. Just perfect for a morning coffee.

Table and seating area in kitchen area not ideal for elderly couple, would have liked chairs rather than benches
Bed uncomfortable and pillows hard
Mattress quite heavily stained, ditto cover
Only one liner for pedal bid in kitchen
Only two of us so crockery and glasses etc sort of ok, but for 4 people quite minimal
