Brambleside Lodge

The location is just on the outskirts of Truro, there are local buses to town about 200m away. There is a Waitrose close by and also a Park and Ride. The actual property was fitted out first class and the owners provided all towels cloths and cleaning equipment, they also provided tea coffee and sugar and a “cream tea” which was a very nice touch

Excellent quiet location for sightseeing in and around Cornwall. The owners were so friendly, caring and welcoming lovely people. The private lodge had everything we needed and more. The extra touches left by the owners, such as milk & cider in the fridge and even a cream tea awaited us made it so special, nothing was too much trouble. It was a peaceful relaxing break with our own relaxing garden area - a home from home.

There was nothing we didn't like

We really couldn't fault anything about the property or our hosts. Rob and Gill made us extremely welcome and provided everything we needed. It really was a home away from home. The lodge was immaculate and there were lovely touches when we arrived, such as a cream tea, milk, biscuits and some apple juice. The bed made for excellent nights sleep as well, being extremely comfortable. Truro is just a short walk away, but with the park and ride just down the road, this makes it even easier to get into town. Brambleside truly is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely be back.
