Tulane, Loyola & the Audubon Zoo are all within walking distance to experience the best of what New Orleans has to offer. Driveway for compact cars only, trucks and SUVs can park on the street.
Located on the bottom floor, this home provides 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms providing plenty of space for you and your guests. Step into an open living, dining & kitchen area, perfect for relaxing while you`re not enjoying the city. A well stocked kitchen is provided along with anything else you may need for a stay in New Orleans. The bedrooms are all private & offer an array of sleeping arrangements. There is outdoor seating to enjoy the warm southern sun!

The hosts were lively and easy to work with. The location was fantastic…a few blocks from Audubon Park and the street car. House has everything we needed.

The location of the home was perfect for our stay - we loved being close the the streetcar and Audubon Park. The host was very responsive to us. However, the house is advertised as a designer home and it looks nice but has the few of inexpensive materials. Plus all the bedrooms have sheer glass on the walls so you we couldn’t have living room lights on when our kids where trying to sleep. Overall a fine place but some improvements are needed for that listing price.
