Stately neoclassical mansions, cool cafes, eclectic eateries and homey pubs line Magazine Street where the property is located. Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots.

Step outside and you're already in the middle of it - Magazine Street's shops, cafés, and streetcar line are just steps from your door. This second-floor unit blends everyday comfort with an unbeatable Uptown location.

Living space
The open-concept living and kitchen area is built for gathering. Settle in after a day of exploring and stream something on the 55-inch HDTV, with Netflix, Hulu, and Prime all ready to go.

Sleeping arrangements
Three quiet, bright bedrooms give everyone their own space to settle in, with plush beds and cozy linens for restful nights. Room-darkening blinds and plenty of clothing storage - a wardrobe and chest of drawers - make it easy to unpack and stay a while. Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels, so you won't need to pack the basics.

Kitchen & dining
Cook up a full meal or just reheat leftovers - the kitchen comes with a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics, crockery, and cutlery you'd need. Coffee lovers have options too, with a filter coffee maker and a Keurig both on hand, plus a kettle and toaster for easy mornings.

Outdoor living
Front and rear balconies give you two different spots to enjoy the outdoors - whether that's a quiet coffee at sunrise or watching the energy of parade season roll by below. Guests consistently call these balconies a highlight of the stay.

Work & convenience
A dedicated workspace in its own room with a door makes it simple to get work done, backed up by Wifi. The in-unit washer and dryer take the hassle out of longer stays, and central air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter the season. Traveling with little ones is easy too - a travel cot and a high chair are available on request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged.

Neighborhood
You're planted on one of New Orleans' most iconic streets, with Magazine Street's boutiques, cafés, and the streetcar right outside. The French Quarter and Superdome are a short ride away, making this a strong home base for Mardi Gras, festival weekends, or a slower-paced Uptown visit.
