About this apartment rental
The Lyon's Den is a historic New Orleans Center Hall Cottage that was recently restored, located right on Magazine Street. The space includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room and deluxe kitchen with an open floor-plan, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Common to New Orleans center-halls, there is a large balcony under the canopy of a historic oak tree.
-15 minute walk to streetcar
-5 minutes to Audubon Park/Golf Course
-20 minutes to French Quarter
OVERVIEW:
This recently renovated apartment has an expansive kitchen with state of the art appliances and refined finishes, large bathrooms with walk in-showers, full service laundry, and free off-street parking! The original hardwood floors, cypress doors, windows, and trims were all restored further adding to the New Orleans charm.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
- 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
- Bedroom 1 has a queen bed
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has a king bed
The bathrooms feature beautiful tile work, walk-in showers, and essential toiletries.
KITCHEN:
- The kitchen is complete with a large island with bar stools, oven, gas stove, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, french press, blender, toaster, plenty of counter space, an abundance of cabinets, and all the essential cookware.
ENTERTAINMENT:
-High speed internet
-Smart TV and an Apple TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu, etc.
- Sonos Speakers (You can scan our QR code located in the living room for additional information and instructions)
- Private Balcony overlooking Magazine Street
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a code for the keypad lock prior to check-in.
You enter the front door at ground level, there is another door at the top of the stairs that leads you into the entryway of the apartment.
The entire home and private balcony is for your exclusive use.
The Neighborhood:
Directly below you is our favorite full service florist and veteran bucket flower shop, Mitch's Flowers. Want fresh flowers in the Lyons Den when you arrive?! Give them a call to arrange!

-Free Off-Street Parking in Driveway
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, all you need is a code. There’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
